How soon do you ship?
Generally shipments are sent out by priority mail within 2 business days after payment is received.Special orders will take longer but we will keep you apprised of the shipping time
Do you combine shipments?
Yes we do as long as you contact us before paying by paypal.Please email us for shipping costs if you would like more than 1 item.
Do you add handling charges?
There are no handling charges.The only thing added in is delivery confirmation charge.That way you will also get a tracking number on your order emailed to you.

When is payment expected?
Payment must be received within 10 days of sale unless other arrangements are made.If payment is not made and no contact, item will be relisted.
How is shipping calculated?
Due to the nature of our products,most of them need to go priority mail(and there are so many different zones for priority) due to the weight.If your actual shipping is lower than what we have posted,the difference will be refunded.If you contact us before ordering with your zip code we can give you an actual estimate of shipping cost.There is no handling charge added in.
Do you take special orders?
Yes we will gladly take special orders and also personalize any of our signs.However please add about 2 weeks onto shipping time as these will need time to dry.Just click on the ask seller a question link on any of the item pages and send us an email.
